About This Coffee

El Meson embodies the vibrant spirit of a fresh generation in Colombian coffee farming. A new variety has emerged, called Pink Bourbon, pink because the coffee cherry is orange-pinkish. However, it is not a Bourbon variety but, instead, clearly a recent migrant from Ethiopia. This mystery plant stands out for its subtle pineapple, cherry, white honey, and floral aromatics.
