About This Coffee

This coffee comes to us from Delicia Rojas’ Finca El Choche, an 8-hectare farm located within the Alto Mayo protected forest in northern Peru. The climate here creates temperate days and crisp, cold nights that are ideal for coffee production. Working in concert with this unique microclimate and the Typica and Caturra varieties she grows, Delicia produces some simply beautiful coffees. We taste a sweet and creamy cup profile with notes of pear, stone fruit and caramelized sugar
