About This Coffee

Our coffee is sourced from the region of Tarrazú. Medium roast: chocolate with sweet and gentle notes of fruits. Light roast: lemon, lime and notes of cacao. The coffee beans are pulled out of their coffee cherry, they are washed and then sundried for 1-3 days
