Bellavista is a coffee produced by Edilberto Coronado in Colombia, in Santa María, Huila, at 1,850 meters above sea level. The coffee is washed and the variety is Java. The cup is clean and complex: Geisha-like florals, bright and layered fruit, and a light, berry-jam sweetness. You can find stone fruit and a distinctly tea-like character, hibiscus, and creamy oolong/green tea notes. An elegant and highly individual coffee that truly stands out
