About This Coffee

El Meson embodies the vibrant spirit of a fresh generation in coffee farming. They grow a newer variety, a recent spontaneous Arabica mutation called Pink Bourbon, named for the distinctive color of its cherries but not actually a Bourbon. This mystery variety stood out for its floral aromatics fusing with malt, white honey, and a dash of pineapple.
