Colombia Santa Monica Ombligon
About This Coffee
A cup where the strength of tropical fruits coexists with the delicate sweetness of peach and fig. A bright, vibrant tropical flavor reminiscent of pineapple and passion fruit spreads throughout the mouth. On top of that, a soft and elegant sweetness like peach and fig overlaps, and you can enjoy the changing flavors as the temperature changes. It is a coffee with a rich expression. The varieties of this coffee are Ombligon and Papayo, which have been attracting attention in recent years. It is increasingly being adopted in competitions and is characterized by a complex taste rich in fruitiness. The coffee was produced by Jairo, a third-generation coffee producer from Quindio, Colombia. He worked for over 40 years as the factory manager for Colombia's second largest coffee exporter before retiring in 2019. In 1987, he purchased his first farm, "Finca La Esmeralda", and has since expanded to operate five farms
