Behold, the first honey-processed pink bourbon from BOTZ from El Sol. As self-proclaimed pink bourbon obsessives, the processing of this coffee opened our circles to a new pink bourbon dimension. Full disclosure – it leans jammy, fun, and intensely nostalgic. On the BOTZ production system, we find this coffee to lean jammy and melded (depending on the brew, sometimes it leans berry and other times peach)
