This is one of our newest Direct Trade relationships and one that we are very proud of! La Palma & El Tucan is driven by rigorous experimentation in their fermentation processes: backed by science, technology, and data analysis that allows them an intimate understanding of even the most minute detail. Through this commitment they standardize processes and replicate them more easily. They have become on of the most widely known specialty coffee farms in the world, we are so excited that our efforts to get their coffee to all of our subscribers has been fruitful. Enjoy this incredibly rare and tasty coffee. This coffee is part of their Neighbours&Crops program, whereby many of the farmers’ children are asked to draw what makes them happy about the farm. The resulting drawings are printed onto the coffee bags that we receive (check out our Instagram to see!) Coffee at its best Freshly roasted beans make great coffee.
