Whole beans from the farm Hacienda La Esmeralda in the region of Boquete in Panama. It is a washed processed geisha. We tasted this coffee a few hours after roasting (so we can make sure the quality is ok). It has a lot of flowers like jasmine, hints of bergamot. Very juicy and complex !
