About This Coffee

This year, we are back with new coffee from Sulawesi. Coffee from this region in our opinion have a huge potential in the future. It's really about time untill we see more exciting coffee from this region in the market. For this coffee, it comes from one of our processors based in Sulawesi: Mr. Yolan Tirta, and it marks our second year showcasing his coffee to you. This year we bought 3 lots of coffee from him. With all of them are represeting our sourcing philosophy these days: clean, crystal clear, and vibrant coffee. This is the first lot from Mr. Yolan Tirta. It's an anaerobic honey processed in a submerged condition to control the bacteria activity. Resulting a very clean coffee with an interesting texture. Overall, tasting this coffee it leans towards a washed coffee instead of a natural process. In the cup expect notes of chrysanthemum tea, honey-like sweetness, and an interesting texture that reminds you of a texture of a milk! Enjoy!
