Coffee Expression Ana Sora has soft stone fruit character underpinning the aromatic top notes of bright citrus; lemon and bergamot. Producer This lot was produced at Elto Coffee’s Ana Sora station, which they took over this season near to the town of Adola in Guji. During our trip to Ethiopia in February, we cupped several tables of excellent coffees from this year’s harvest with the Elto team in Addis Ababa. Whole Bean Coffee / Both for filter and espresso
